The company agrees to do a Mirror Optimization and Website Positioning on the following existing Web Pages known as (URL's) www.yourname.com The company has complete control over any and all mirror web pages. Said pages will have a new URL and new ISP for each mirror website. There will be a $500.00 charge per month for any extra mirror website for client. Client agrees to pay Company $2500.00 at the signing of this agreement, for the first Monthly payment in advance, which will act as a last payment on a 12 months Agreement. ( Client will have 11 Equal Payments of $2500.00 due company) Any and all Monthly payments will start in 30 days from date of Agreement.
1. Client will provide the Company with a Certified "URL" or "URL'S" that will pass, The W3C Markup Validation Certified Service. Example: ! DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN” If Client has its own ISP he will provide Username and Password to the Company to enforce this agreement. It is also agreed by both parties to the following : If client does not provide the company with a ISP, the company will pay for a new ISP and URL's, ( This will be the new Mirror site or sites for client) and pay for them as long as the client is under a Agreement with company, at no costs to client. Company and client agrees and understands that Web positioning will take about 8 to 16 weeks. Money back guarantee will take place any time after the 16 week period from date of Publishing of this new Mirror website. And when Google picks up the new URL and lists the new mirror website on the internet. (client understands and agrees the new mirror website is under a new URL and new ISP, and will be listed in Google's directory ). The above will only take effect if client does not provide the company with his present URL and current ISP. We need access by way of Password and ID number to access files and folders, for the following URL www.yoursite.com
2. Company will do Website Positioning (Keywords Free, No Limit on the amount of Organic Keywords per page) on all 13 Major Search Engines for Client. ( For the term of this Agreement only (12 MONTHS).
3. Company will have the sole option and complete control of all Placement (Internet) and Keywords & Meta Tags that are placed on all mirror pages for client, also included are Clients present website pages ( What ever applies see #1 of this agreement ).
4. The monthly payment will start in 30 days from date of this (12 Months) Agreement. Both parties agree that if client is 14 days late with any payment due Company, any balance due ( 12 MONTHS ) will be due and payable in full to the Company. The Client has the option to extend the Agreement if a fee for re-programming and re-connect of $400.00 is paid to the Company within 72 hours. Plus the regular monthly payment. This (re-connect) is at sole option of the Company.
5. Client and Company agrees that no other agreement oral or written exists or is valid except this agreement. Company does not guarantee any retail sales at anytime. _______________Client
6. The client understands that Wydeworld-One holds the copyrights to the keywords and phrases software programs that is used for all mirror URL’S websites. Client agrees not to infringe on any Wydeworld-One Copyrights

(For Organic keywords only) OR RECEIVE A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PER THIS AGREEMENT.
Confidentiality & Trust between the Company and Client is of utmost importance and agreed to throughout the period of this Agreement. This Agreement is binding between both parties and not subject to any cancellation.
NOTES: Company agrees not to appoint a (Name car dealership) within a 20 mile radius of the above address during the term of this Agreement. Subject to the following conditions, client is not in any way in violation of any of the present terms and conditions of this agreement, and all payments due the company are current and up to date. ONLY AVAILABLE ON A ONE ( 1 ) YEAR AGREEMENT AT $2500.00 PER MONTH
Client agrees to accept all the above terms and conditions, and has read same before signing this agreement.
